CHANGES & RETURNS

CHANGES:

The new product must be of equal or greater value than the product you wish to change. You are then responsible for shipping the product to us, with shipping costs to be borne by the customer.

If you receive a gift from our online store and you wish to make a change, you can make a change within 5 working days. You can contact us by email (shop@waterandmeon.gr) and let us know which product you wish to change. Once we have informed you of the cost of the product, you can choose a product of equal or greater value than the original product. In the case of gifts, refunds are not accepted.

RETURNS:

If you have received your order and you wish to change a product by personal choice and without the fault of the store you have the opportunity to make a change within 5 days. In that case you will be charged with the shipping costs.

In order to be able to return your order, you must contact us by email (shop@waterandmelon.gr) to let us know which product you would like to return. The product will then be returned and if it is not damaged , it will be priced and you will be refunded the money minus shipping costs which will be deducted from the total of the original order.
